on a lighter note
sound engineers... a precious gift and seed He has planted in us and me, that we can't help but to love Him back and serve in His house... i like what WanHua as said, it was lovely (: ... but anywayz... in our course of serving God, dealing with technical skills and equipments, we will definitely come across technical glitches every now and then, sometimes even during service times... but outside Sound Ministry, sometimes we do face communication glitches too... some very much worth pondering (and laughing) upon
was chatting with one particular friend i knew back in Secondary school... both of us crap a lot... that's one thing in common... and somehow we can see or say something so innocent but yet bring out the sexual connotation out of it... or maybe nothing sexual, but we just look at one another and laugh our heads off... (yup. that's not just limited to girl world)... how i missed Secondary school and all those times... hehe... i also miss their "bak-chor-mee, dry, no chilli"... haha... the best i've tasted thus far
now that we've pretty much lost touch with secondary school buddies except for occasions like Teachers' Day and all... we do still keep in touch here and there via MSN... and he mentioned this sentence:
"Children in the front of the car cause accidents.
Accidents in the back of the car cause children."
a few Mondays ago... Minijack had a craving for japanese food... so i brought him to Suntec City, Sakae Sushi to enjoy some japanese eat-all-you-can buffet... haha... not worthwhile for me since i don't eat a lot... but definitely worthwhile for a seemingly smaller person with an unseen high metabolism rate and big appetite
on the way there... we walked past a advertisement that said, "technology = power"... and the thing came out of me almost instantly and naturally:
"Technology = Power.
Wireless Technology = Wireless Power?"
maybe next time you wouldn't need to connect a power cord to charge your phone battery or boil water or something lor
and even more recently... after 4th service just last Sunday... Minijack was still in Rock Audi waiting for service to finish and waiting for me to be done packing up and stuff... what else?... to eat dinner together lah... we left relatively early, but Anthony and Jason left even earlier... hehe... but anywayz, after we left Rock Audi, the both of us were in the elevator and we still had no idea where to eat... just then we saw Jason and gang coming down by the escalator and our paths crossed... so Jason's girl asked if we would like to join them... so we agreed
went to some Ramen shop opposite Pizza Hut there... dont know what's the shop name... but anywayz their food is not bad... so there were 6 of us there... 3 of them ordered some kind of spicy stuff... and one of them was apparently screaming, "whoa... so hot! so hot!"... and once, one of the girls happened to bring up the topic of Mjay... and that girl was saying out loud, "it's so hot!"... without a doubt, we linked the two topics
and another time... she again made the same comment... so another girl suggested, why don't she take out the ramen, wash it in the cup of plain water, take out then eat... but she refused, saying she wanted to drink the soup also... and i blurted this out:
"why don't you take out the soup, wash it in the water, then take it out and drink?"
see if you get it
haha!... that's about all i can remember... maybe i'll be back to post more... see my mood... haha!
